1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after confirmation of payment. Orders are typically processed and
dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the next business day
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched
• During peak seasons, promotions, or sales periods, processing times may be slightly
extended

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Shipping method selected
• Order weight and size
Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (for international
orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date:
• UAE: 1–3 business days
• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, or
unforeseen circumstances.
5. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of lingerie or product details
on the outer label, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
6. Shipping process
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. The courier
may also contact you directly via your registered mobile number to coordinate delivery.
• Delivery will be made at the scheduled time, and a signature may be required upon receipt
• If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no response or unavailability), the courier will attempt up to
two additional deliveries on subsequent days
• If all attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to Lace & Luxe
Delivery Schedule (UAE):
• Same-day delivery: Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 3:00 PM cut-off
• Next-day processing: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Monday delivery: Orders placed after Saturday 3:00 PM cut-off and all Sunday orders
7. Shipping Delays
Lace & Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including
but not limited to:
• Courier service disruptions
• Customs clearance procedures
• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Force majeure events (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, public holidays)
We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or appears delayed, please
contact us immediately at marketing@laceandluxe.ae
We will coordinate with the courier to assist you.
